We will request access first if something needs to be addressed on the property, and are always available to address anything that may come up, even if you're just looking for places to eat or fun things to do. We love this house and are frequently up ourselves. We've designed everything to be used, so please feel free to make yourselves at home, we just ask that you treat everything with care and respect as you would in your own home. This home is in the beautiful community of Emerald lakes. The community amenities include and indoor heated pool, restaurant bar and grill, a game room with lots of things for all ages (pool table, gaming system, arcade games...), and lakes with beaches and playgrounds. Our home is centrally located near many of the Pocono's greatest attractions: Water Parks: 4 miles to Kalahari & 7 miles to Great Wolf Lodge & Camelback Golf: Pocono Manor 5 miles Horseback Riding: Mountain Creek Riding Stables 8 miles Shopping at Crossings Outlets, over 100 Outlet stores - 7 miles Spas: Pocono Manor & Journey’s Day Spa 5 miles Mt Airy Casino: 8 miles Pocono Raceway: 8 miles UTV Tours: Pocono Outdoor Adventure Tours 8 miles Breweries, Wineries, an Distilleries start at just 7 miles away! 4WD/AWD recommended in winter, optional community amenities fee (paid on-site), linens/towels provided as well as basic toiletries, household supplies, starter kit of kitchen and bathroom paper products, and a gravel driveway with space for up to 8 vehicles. Amenity Passes are needed for use of indoor/outdoor pool, courts, clubhouse games rooms, and community beaches and fishing areas.

Late Fee: All reservations must be registered by 4pm the previous day. It is the renters responsibiliy to provide the required information for registration prior to the deadline. $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 1 days prior to arrival.

The amenity passes are as follows: Daily passes 20$ per person 3 day passes 30$ per person 7 day passes 50$ per person They can be purchased at the administrative office between 8am-4pm Monday-Saturday. The indoor pool and community center (game room & courts) are open 11am-7pm Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday; Friday and Sat from 11am-9pm; Thursday 5pm-10pm. Outdoor pool and swimming locations are open Memorial Day through Labor Day every day except Wednesday from 11am-7pm. Beaches are open from dawn until dusk. The bar & grille located at the community center is open Thurs-Saturday, grille 5pm-10pm & bar 5pm-12am. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 and Township Registration #-021470

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
